Who we are § 05 / ABOUT
A fourth-generation crew,
answering our own phones.
We're not a franchise, not a private-equity roll-up, and nobody here reads from a script. Our scheduler knows every technician's kid's name.
Principles
Old-school work,
Old-school work,
written-down promises.
We started doing flat-rate pricing before most of our competitors had an email address. The idea was simple: you should know what a job costs before the van leaves. Not after. Not at the end.
Everything we do follows from that one rule. It's why we pay our techs salary instead of commission. It's why the first question at an install isn't "how can we upsell?" — it's "what does this house actually need?"
01 Flat-rate, written, up-front.
02 Salaried techs. No commission upsells.
03 Diagnostic fee waived with any repair.
04 We pull up booties. Shop-vac after.
05 The scheduler is a real person.
06 We leave the quote. You decide.
